Your building has been constructed and you've taken possession. Now what? Ideally, nothing, but just in case we offer a 1-year warranty to make sure that your project is just as good as the day we handed you the keys. Outside of our warranty there’s a 2-5-10 Warranty available through a third-party provider for market housing projects.
Strict quality control during the construction process is important for limiting the amount of construction warranty work required. That's why we have a dedicated Quality Control Manager that manages the close-outs of all projects to make sure we are delivering the best product we can. We've worked hard with our team and our trades partners to provide the highest standard possible, and we're proud to say that we have delivered projects with zero deficiencies.
We stand by what we build. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our projects. Buildings settle, deficiencies get noticed over time, that's part of construction, and we know this. If you notice anything, just contact our Quality Control Manager and they'll come take a look and make a game plan, it's that simple.
